No-touch "couch" ENERGY HEALING session offered by routined energy healing practitioner, currently in LONDON.
looks a bit similar to Reiki...is a tad different

What will you have to expect? What does this look like?
You lay on a (day)bed/couch, fully dressed, eyes closed. The practitioner gets you into a relaxed state (some fall asleep, some go into deep relaxation), in which the own life force can readapt to what the person needs.

This is a wonderful, non-intrusive way to "load your batteries" and HARMONIZE NOTABLE/SUBSTANCIAL IMBALANCES (being sleepless, in turmoil, insecure, overthinking, restless, in pain, or similar). This work may deeply affect emotional, mental or even physical symptoms and/or states. Yet, as it is not a medical service and not allowed to compete with that by law - and with results being different from person to person and session to session- no guarantees can be given as to how the person will experience it, nor to particular outcomes (the work is not punctual, as in "healing a broken leg"). Can be recommended alongside traditional physical healing in any case, though.

If you are a fan of meditation, acupressure, yoga and health, this may be a natural option for you.
If you are not, the benefits don`t depend on any outer specifics. You are welcome no matter your religion, (spiritual) belief, kind of reason to approach this or state of mind. Results are not better or worse due to any of that.

20-30 min pure treatment, the rest is set-up and communicating your feedback/experience
You can sign up for up to 3 sessions (can also be communicated after the first session, if you liked it).
bring something warm/comfortable to wear (thick socks, if you like);
no need to "explain your pain", as the "healing" is not geared towards a specific body condition;
however, please be reasonable: if your condition is contageous/infectious/life threatening, please don`t make bookings here, visit a regular MD/hospital!)
