TimeTrust & Palmparks.
The objective to make Profit, holds no boundaries!
They have Houses that have been converted into Self Contained Flats within (too much for the size of the House).
Inadequate sized for proper Amount of person use.
The coverted wall are made of a Plaster/Concrete Mix, which is hollow, semi porous and crumbles if a Nail is knocked into it.
It could be RAAC Concrete-though the property were converted only about 10-15 year ago, not the 1970's.
Though what ever it is, it's not Good!
Electrical socket problems.
Inadequate Air Ventelation.
In short - potential Death Traps
And the local Councils-of where these most likely, Unlicensed/Convetred without Planning permission Properties are-involved in Gerrymandering with the named Property Agents. In other words, the Council is aware of these Dangerous Property and letting them be used!
And one of them Council's is Hackney!
